Susan Lather
I have lived in the Birmingham area since 1992 after moving here from Atlanta, Ga. Having worked in Corporate America for twenty years, I possess vast experience in customer relations. I worked as the Customer Service Director managing over 300 employees covering 4 southeastern states and traveled internationally for 2 years. These experiences give me the ability to deal with all types of clients and handle each situation to best suit the clients needs. I bring enthusiasm and energy into the relationship and focus on providing the client exactly what they want. I am adept at handling multiple projects concurrently, skilled in organizing complex projects, and defining project priorities. These skills provide my clients with the security that the largest transaction they will make in a lifetime (the purchase or sale of a home) will be handled with high performance standards, including attention to schedules, deadlines, budgets, and quality of work.

Donna Porter
Donna Porter is an Associate Broker with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in residential sales including many years in new construction sales and has acted as qualifying broker for over 10 years in the late 90's and early 2000's. She completed her instructor training in 2016 and has enjoyed teaching for the last 3 years of her career. She is married and a mother of 2 sons and has resided in the Hoover area for more than 40 years.

Janie Wood
Janie Wood is an Associate Broker and has been a Realtor for 15 Years, she earned her BBA from Amberton University a Private Christian University in Texas and also earned an Associate of Arts degree from Huntington College. Janie also has her Mortgage Loan Officer License, although not active in the Mortgage Market earning her license provides her additional knowledge with loan programs and processes that equip her in helping her clients. Janie is a Real Estate Instructor with the Alabama Real Estate Commission and teaches Pre-license, Post License, and Continuing Education. Janie is a native of Georgia, but has lived in Alabama for 17 years; she is married to Robert Wood who grew up in Grady, Al and she is Mom to one daughter, Marli. Janie loves being at home, spending time with her family, and spending time with her many fur babies and feather babies!
